WELCOME TO IEEE-CBASE 2023

With the advent of the era of big data, the demand for timeliness of data acquisition and calculation are also growing. To promote the development of cloud computing and software engineering in the era of big data,2023 2ndIEEEInternational Conference on Cloud Computing, Big Data Application and Software Engineering (IEEE-CBASE 2023) , sponsored by Sichuan Normal University and undertaken by the School of Computer Science of Sichuan Normal University, will be held on November 3–5, 2023in Chengdu, China.
The conference is aimed to provide a platform for scholars, engineers and other practitioners in cloud computing, big data and software engineering to share the latest research.
The main topics of CFP include but are not limited to: Cloud Computing , Internet of Things, AI Technology, Big Data Analysis and Application, Machine Learning, Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Data Mining, Software Technology, Network Security, Data Processing, Software Development, Software Engineering, etc.

All the attendees must register in advance in order to participate in conference activities.

All accepted full papers will be published in IEEE and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing.

Paper Publication Policy

1. All accepted papers must be accompanied by at least one registration. Each registration will cover only one paper.

2. IMPORTANT: Papers that are not presented at the meeting by an author will not be published neither in proceedings nor digital library, unless the TPC chairs grant explicit permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event who is qualified to present the paper and to answer questions.

3. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
